Our Sawasdee Matcha is selected from Yame, Fukuoka, one of Japan’s most renowned tea-growing regions. Made of first-harvest tea leaves - predominantly from Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars - this matcha offers a vibrant green colour and a beautifully balanced flavour.
Enjoy a fragrant, gently nutty aroma, natural sweetness, and rounded umami, complemented by a hint of bitterness that adds depth without overpowering.
