Our Signature Matcha is made exclusively of only the freshest first-harvest Okumidori tea leaves from Yame, it has a deep vibrant green colour, wonderfully creamy texture and exceptionally smooth finish.
Welcome its distinctive nutty aroma, followed by rich umami and natural sweetness, with very little bitterness or astringency.
The flavour is deep and full-bodied while remaining beautifully balanced.
Delicious traditionally hand-whisked with water, or as a premium matcha latte, where its rich character and umami shine through.
